Our sleep diagnostics follow internationally recognized sleep study levels. Depending on the patient’s symptoms and clinical requirements, we recommend the most suitable monitoring approach — from comprehensive in-lab testing to convenient home-based sleep studies.
The gold standard sleep study conducted in a hospital or specialized sleep laboratory with overnight monitoring under technician supervision.
Recommended for: Complex sleep disorders and neurological cases.
A multi-parameter sleep study conducted in the comfort of the patient’s home without overnight technician supervision.
Benefits: Comfortable for patients and cost-effective.
The most common and scalable sleep study model designed for detecting sleep apnea using portable monitoring devices.
Ideal for: Convenient and affordable sleep apnea screening.
Identifies common sleep disorders through detailed monitoring of sleep patterns and physiological signals. It helps diagnose conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Central Sleep Apnea, insomnia-related disturbances, and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder.
Determines the optimal CPAP pressure settings required to maintain open airways during sleep. This study is typically conducted after a confirmed sleep apnea diagnosis to ensure effective therapy.
A combined sleep study where the first half of the night is used for diagnosis, and if sleep apnea is detected, the second half is used for CPAP titration to determine treatment settings.
A simplified sleep apnea screening test performed at home, designed to monitor breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and airflow for convenient and accessible diagnosis.
Understand the complete sleep study workflow, from initial patient evaluation and device setup to data analysis and doctor-guided treatment recommendations.
The process begins with a patient evaluation, which may include a doctor’s referral or a preliminary sleep screening. During this stage, the patient’s clinical history and symptoms are carefully assessed to determine the need for a sleep study.
Once the study is recommended, the sleep monitoring device is prepared and configured. Sensors are safely placed on the patient, the machine is calibrated and tested, and clear instructions are provided to ensure the patient understands the procedure.
During the night, the device continuously records important sleep data while the patient sleeps normally. Key parameters such as oxygen levels, breathing patterns, and heart rhythm are monitored throughout the night.
After the sleep study is completed, the device is collected and the recorded data is securely downloaded for analysis.
Sleep specialists analyze the recorded data and generate a detailed sleep report. This report is prepared in coordination with an authorized doctor, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a defined turnaround time.
Finally, the results are explained to the patient during a consultation. If required, a treatment plan is recommended, including guidance on therapies such as CPAP or BiPAP to improve sleep quality.
